The Sprawling Atlas Mountains
Red, winding, and beautiful, with snow capped mountains, lush valleys and traditional mud villages. Home to some of the most ancient fossils ever found - here a dinosaur fossil more than 180 million years old was found - the oldest ever discovered. The Atlas Mountains is Berber Country, Morocco’s indigenous people, most towns are without running water or electric. These mountain are sacred and ancient, and you’ll feel as though they are alive as you’re winding through the mountains in your 4x4 on your yoga holiday journey, or trekking through the wilderness on your yoga holiday.
Unspoiled Moroccan Beaches
are situated on the Atlantic - with Kilometers or virgin beach and clean air with fantastic waves for surf holidays. The Moroccan coast is fantastic all year round, warmer in winter and coolers in summer. The Moroccan coast stretches the full length of the country, ending where the desert meets the sea in Daklah. Sidi Kaouki is a perfect place for a Yoga holiday or Surf Holiday (just 2.5 hours from Marrakesh.

The energy of Sahara is grounding and powerful which supports your yoga and meditation practice. You’ll enjoy pink sunsets on orange sand dunes, while you remember the joy of what it means to be alive.
Transport Options
Land cruisers with professional tour and desert drivers, internal Moroccan flights or a combination of both.
If you decide to drive from Fez to the desert you should break your trip in Todra Gorge which is very pretty - the drive is best done over 2 days and is about a total of 12 hours. You get to see some stunning countryside.
Flights are available from Casablanca (which is about 4 hours from Fez) - to Ourzazate with Royal Air Maroc. This is useful if you are already flying into Casablanca International Airport.
Flights are also available from Fez to Marrakech with Air Arabia, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, where you can then meet the driver and continue your journey.
Flights are available from Marrakech to Zagora with Air Arabia, starting 7 November and leaving Marrakech Wednesday lunch time and Friday night, which is then only 1.5 hours from Camp Adounia.
