Booking Conditions

A confirmation will only be acknowledged once a deposit is received. Deposit to be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or visa and mastercard.

Booking Policy

A deposit of 50% of total accommodation cost is required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% of total accommodation to be paid 28 days prior to arrival. A minimum of 8 guests are required for the Retreats to go ahead. In the event that they don’t (which has not happened in 6 years) we will refund your total deposit.

Cancellation Policy

More than 28 days before arrival, 50% of total Retreat charged, less than 28 days 100% of total accommodation charged unless act of god. All requests for changes or cancellation must be in writing sent by email or fax with support documentation.  Cancellation due to weather conditions are not excepted.

Please ensure you have adequate travel and medical insurance for your trip, including re-patriation for retreats in the Sahara Desert.
