These hikes can be done as a day trip or over 3 days. They are excellent to combine with a Retreat and also to combine meditations as the meditation spots along the route are stunning.

Hiking the Atlas Itinerary
Day 1 : Tizi n Tamatert Walk
A gentle walk to the east of Imlil towards Tizi n’Tamaterte (2279m) will take you to see the most typical valley in the high atlas mountains, called the Imnane Valley. You will see several berber villages and also spectacular views of the high atlas mountains. A picnic lunch is take on the pass.
Day 2 : Sidi Chamharoush Walk
We take the path leading to the Toubkal Hut following the mule track until the Marabout ofsidi Chamharouch, here we have lunch before returning the same way.
Day 3: Tasghimout Plateau Walk
This walk is west of Imlil and has stunning scenerey. There is a 3 hour walk uphill to Tizi Mzik where you you get a wonderful view above Imlil valley and the Azzaden valley. We have lunch on the pass and a break before going back to the house.

Day 4: After breakfast set off on your 3rd hike with your guide Hassan. Return back for a shower and dinner.
